Perform incoming goods control, product inspections, witness points to control quality for items from external suppliers. /li liResponsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures. /li liHandles standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department. /li liLeads a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget $1.5 million. /li liCoordinate and optimize NDT activities liaising with QC NDT Supervisor in order to act as a reference person for the subject. /li liProvide answer and advise on all NDT matters, dealing with Client and Third Party. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing). /li liMinimum of 3 additional years of experience in Production Quality Control. /li liISO 9712 NDT L3 or equivalent /li liFluency in English /li /ul h3Desired Characteristics /h3 ul liStrong oral and written communication skills. /li liStrong interpersonal and leadership skills. /li liAbility to influence others and lead small teams. /li liLead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. /li liAbility to coordinate several projects simultaneously. /li liEffective problem identification and solution skills. /li liProven analytical and organizational ability. /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
