We are looking for a motivated student or fresh graduate for a 6-months internship opportunity in our Talent Management Team, based in our Headquarter.
You will be part of a young and dynamic team and will have the opportunity to join a multinational and structured context.
Key Responsibilities
* Support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and training.
* Support recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring coordination
* Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
* Support training and development initiatives
* Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing programs
* Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management
Requirements :
* Degree in humanistic or economics field (master in Human Resources Management will be considered an added xjrgpwk value)
* Strong passion and interest for HR
* Mandatory fluency in English (B2-C1 level)
* Good computer skills, particularly MS Office software required
* Keen interest in learning with self-drive and proactivity
* Interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels
