Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to join our Clinical Operations Team. The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights, eager to apply advanced analytical methods, and driven to grow in a collaborative, research-oriented environment.
As a Data Scientist at Philogen, you will play a key role in designing and implementing data-driven solutions that support clinical operations and research initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to harness the power of analytics and machine learning in optimizing clinical processes and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets (structured and unstructured) to extract meaningful insights and identify trends.
- Design and develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to address real-world challenges.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement and maintain data-driven solutions in production environments.
- Create clear, effective dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate results.
- Present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating data insights into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and machine learning libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with great attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
