Customer Support Representative – Spanish & English

What You’ll Do
* Handle inbound and outbound requests via phone, email, chat, and webform from end consumers and CATs retailers.
* Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide effective solutions.
* Assist customers with spare‑parts search and purchases.
* Deliver accurate information and ensure every customer feels supported and valued.
What You Bring
* Spanish C1, English C1 (both languages at an advanced level are required).
* Customer‑first mindset and excellent communication skills.
* Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
* At least 1‑2 years of work experience in BPO or experience with US customers.
