Würth Italia, a leader in the distribution of professional fastening products and systems, is seeking a Supply Chain Digital Transformation Specialist for our headquarters in CAPENA (RM).
What will you do?
You will be responsible for drafting analysis documents (project, technical, ROI) necessary to define digitization projects for the Supply Chain.
Your activities will focus on digitalizing internal procurement processes towards our suppliers, both existing and prospective.
You will listen directly to internal and external procurement needs and design a project considering the existing IT ecosystem, utilizing the technological and logistical tools provided by Würth.
Working with increasing autonomy within multidisciplinary teams (Logistics, IT, EDI, E-Business, Big Data), you will plan and schedule activities and define technical project specifications in full alignment with company priorities and objectives.
We also expect you to have initiative, a strong growth and improvement orientation, pragmatic attitude, and relevant organizational skills.
Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in consulting firms (or similar) managing projects, implementing IT solutions, redesigning business processes.
* Preferably a degree in management engineering, computer science, logistics, or technical subjects.
* Experience in drafting technical-functional project documentation.
* English language proficiency at B2 level.
* Willingness to travel nationally.
* Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Zucchetti, etc.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Additional skills considered a plus:
* Knowledge of B2B Business Integration software such as Seeburger or similar.
* Knowledge of SQL querying programs.
* Knowledge of OCI / Punchout interfaces.
* Familiarity with main B2B Marketplaces such as SAP ARIBA, COUPA, JAGGAER, IUNGO, etc.
* Understanding of main data formats like EDIFact, XML, CSV, XLS, etc.
* Programming knowledge in Java or other languages (HTML, CSS, etc.).
