JOB MISSION To provide comprehensive legal support and assistance in various areas including contract management, legal consultation, intellectual property, corporate governance, and compliance, ensuring adherence to legal standards and mitigating risks for the company, in line with company’ sustainable values. DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Contract Management: work with Legal Affairs Manager and the corporate departments in drafting, revising, and managing various types of contracts and agreements, in Italian and English, including supply, consultancy, content production, sponsorship, partnership, confidentiality, and licensing agreements. Legal Consultation and Disputes: Conduct legal research and analysis to provide legal advice and support to various corporate departments. Coordinate external law firms to provide legal opinions and support in dispute resolution, as well as prepare necessary documentation. Intellectual Property: Provide assistance in intellectual property matters, including monitoring, managing, and coordinating trademark activities. Corporate Governance: Support Legal Affairs Manager in business risks assessment, ensuring compliance with corporate governance regulations, and participating in compliance activities. Ensure corporate compliance with internal and external regulations and standards. Office Management and Corporate Law: Maintain digital archive systems for legal files, contracts, and trademark’s documentation. Assist CFO in corporate secretarial duties and managing corporate records. PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS 1-2 years of professional experience in a law firm or legal department of an international company; additional experience will be considered. Experience in the specified job duties and knowledge of privacy law is a plus. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Excellent planning, coordination, and time management abilities.
