Business Development & Sales Manager – Bearings

In this strategic role, you will be the point of reference for business development in the industrial bearings sector. You will work closely with the Marketing, Engineering, and Application teams to drive growth and consolidate the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering to define winning business strategies.
* Manage and develop relationships with OEM customers and industrial distributors.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
* Build and manage an indirect sales network with qualified agents.
* Provide technical support in collaboration with Application Engineering.
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or a technical diploma with proven experience.
* At least 5 years in commercial roles within the bearings or related components sector.
* Experience working with OEM customers and industrial distributors.
* Familiarity with CRM systems.
* Technical background to communicate effectively with technical offices and R&D.
* Ability to manage a qualified customer portfolio.
* Willingness to travel frequently, across Italy and/or international markets (Europe, USA, Asia).
* Strong analytical skills and ability to develop new business opportunities.
* Excellent command of English; German language skills are a plus.
