Your Impact Main Activities: Contribute to tracking and analyzing personnel costs Support the preparation of HR budgets and cost forecasts Perform ad-hoc analyses to improve workforce planning and cost efficiency Create regular HR cost reports and dashboards for managers Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or HR Management; Fluent in English; Microsoft Office knowledge; Analytical skills; Precision, proactivity, time management, and problem-solving skills.
