About the role We seek a Regional IT Senior Business Analyst to manage relationships between IT&D and key business stakeholders. You will ensure the quality, availability, and continuous improvement of IT services, acting as a liaison between IT Operations and the business. You will collaborate with regional teams, R&D, and factories to deliver and execute DEE products and platforms, focusing on service performance, SLAs, and strategic infrastructure planning. Your responsibilities Build relationships with IT&D Directors, regional leaders, R&D, and factory stakeholders. Ensure high service quality, availability, and performance. Report on performance metrics, SLAs, and business outcomes. Lead service improvement initiatives and report progress. Support local delivery of DEE products and platforms. Drive infrastructure planning and site refresh forecasts. Promote adoption of the Operating Design model and facilitate connections between teams. Analyze customer feedback to enhance services. Align and execute key technology projects regionally and locally. The experience we're looking for At least 5 years in IT service management, operations, or delivery roles within a global or regional organization. Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into IT outcomes. Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices. Experience managing SLAs, performance metrics, and continuous improvement projects. Familiarity with infrastructure planning and regional technology projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions. Experience with service reporting tools is a plus. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
