Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales/Key Account Manager to join our team in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting agents & distributors in Italy to drive product sales and achieve annual targets, while ensuring compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of consumer product sales channels, preferably in 3C, home appliances, or IoT sectors. Experience in personal care categories, such as hair dryers, electric toothbrushes, etc., is a strong advantage.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in opening new markets, developing business pipelines, and managing key accounts in Italy. They will also be familiar with sales forecasting, inventory control, retail pricing, and managing key retail partners.

Fluency in Italian and English is required. The candidate should be able to work closely with marketing teams and local partners to execute campaigns and promotional activities.

The Channel Sales/Key Account Manager will be responsible for:

* Managing and supporting agents & distributors in Italy to drive product sales and achieve annual targets
* Collaborating with the Regional Manager to develop and implement localized sales strategies
* Understanding customer needs in the Italian market and providing effective solutions to enhance satisfaction
* Gathering and analyzing market insights specific to Italy to identify trends and new sales opportunities
* Working closely with marketing teams and local partners to execute campaigns and promotional activities


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

* Solid understanding of consumer product sales channels, preferably in 3C, home appliances, or IoT sectors
* Experience in personal care categories, such as hair dryers, electric toothbrushes, etc.
