Develop AI solutions for various Prime Video search systems using deep learning, GenAI, reinforcement learning, and optimization methods.Understand the problem space, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, and create a roadmap and plans for delivering business goals.Lead cross-team collaboration and work closely with engineers and product managers to deliver AI solutions end to end.Design and conduct offline and online (A/B) experiments to evaluate proposed solutions based on in-depth data analyses.Effectively communicate technical and non-technical ideas with teammates and stakeholders.Stay up to date with advancements and the latest modeling techniques in the field.Mentor and grow junior scientists and interns.Publish your research findings in top conferences and journals.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience for new and existing systems.Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
