Job Description
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to conduct service, repair, and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites.
This includes electrical and mechanical testing in accordance with maintenance contracts.
The ideal candidate will diagnose system failures and determine the most cost-effective solution.
They will also escalate complex issues to a higher level of technical support or quality reporting system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical customer support and on-site assistance to customers.
* Escalate complex issues to a higher level of technical support.
* Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Biotechnology preferred.
* Experience in technical service for at least 5 years.
* Proficient English skills are mandatory.
* Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
