Overview
Adecco Italia S.p.A. searches for an HR Specialist to join its solid metalworking company located near Saluzzo (CN).
The role supports the HR Direction in daily personnel management, serving as a reference point for employees and actively participating in organizational development processes.
Responsibilities
Recruitment: Manage the full selection process (advertising, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Personnel Administration: Support data collection, contract management, and interface with the payroll consultancy for payroll calculation.
Training: Analyze training needs and organize mandatory and professional courses.
Reporting: Monitor HR KPIs and manage periodic reporting.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Law or Economics.
Experience: 3-5 years in the role, preferably in manufacturing/metalworking contexts.
Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of the CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria and current labor law.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, problem solving and stress management.
