The Digital and Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving the execution of strategic projects within the Business Energy Equipment unit. This role ensures that initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards—while maintaining alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional project teams through all phases of execution, from planning to closure, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
* Translate business strategy into actionable project plans, with clear milestones, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies.
* Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery excellence.
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, finance, and quality functions.
* Monitor and report on project performance, proactively identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.
* Promote continuous improvement and lessons learned across the project portfolio.

To be successful in this role you will have :
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, with relevant experience in Digital Technology or equivalent
* Have proven capability to operate in trans-disciplinary and cross-functional team
* Have demonstrated competencies in transformational projects having digital products among the key deliverables
* Fluent English
