Ph3Your Role /h3 pWe are looking for a bMechanical Operations Quality Specialist /b to support the problem-solving process for manufacturing process related issues. You will be the guardian of our manufacturing quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring and constantly improving the quality of our operational processes and final products. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liLead the problem-solving process for manufacturing issues. /li liImplement quality standards, procedures, and control systems. /li liConduct internal process audits to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement. /li liLead root cause analysis for non-conformities using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA). /li liDevelop, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. /li liAnalyze production data and quality metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen). /li liWork closely with Production, RD, and Supply Chain to establish quality benchmarks and resolve issues. /li liEnsure that processes and products consistently meet technical specifications and customer expectations. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. /p h3Qualifications /h3 pWhat you should bring: /p ul liMinimum of 3 years of experience in quality control. /li liDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, Manufacturing) or Technical Diploma /li liStrong problem-solving skills and knowledge of statistical process control. /li liKnowledge of product and process characteristics. /li liDeep knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, quality systems and auditing techniques. /li liAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. /li liKnowledge of ERP SAP. /li liKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma principles is a strong plus. /li liExcellent teamwork and communication skills. /li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €30,000 and €50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
