Create monthly training calendar with store leadership and local Training teamPlan and coordinate all learning activities for new and existing team membersGo-to person in store for adidas retail digital learning platformsGuide and support Store Leadership Team on creating and completing learning plansOrganize and ensure availability of relevant training materialsSupport participant journey in expert and specialists certification programsSupport learning needs related to campaign launches and events
Learning Delivery
Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessionsCo-lead implementation of adidas consumer Service Model (CEI) with Store LeadershipDeliver service and selling skills trainingDeliver evergreen and seasonal product learning in relevant categoriesDeliver new employee Onboarding programEngage with the learners throughout their digital learning journey
What We Appreciate In Our Employees
At least 2 years of experience in the retail industry, ideally in sports/fashion/footwear, with a demonstrated training background and an exposure to building and developing sales teamsExperience as a sales coach, a training specialist, or a similar position in the retail industryResult orientation and excellent knowledge of retail KPI analysisRemarkable coaching skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to effectively deploy training programs to small groups or to a large audience during training workshopsStrong organizational and time management skillsVous parlez Français couramment (C1 level or above in French)English (B2 level or above)
