PpThe Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s sourcing and purchasing activities to ensure cost-effective procurement of services and goods. This role focuses on supplier management, contract negotiation, cost control, and ensuring quality and timely delivery while aligning procurement strategies with business objectives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement procurement strategies that support organizational goals and cost optimization. /li liIdentify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and service. /li liNegotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to achieve the best value. /li liManage supplier relationships and monitor performance through KPIs and service level agreements. /li liEnsure timely procurement of materials, products, and services to meet operational requirements. /li liCollaborate with internal departments to forecast needs and plan purchasing activities. /li liMonitor market trends, risks, and opportunities to inform sourcing decisions. /li liEnsure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards. /li liManage procurement budgets and track cost savings initiatives. /li liImplement and improve procurement processes, systems, and tools for efficiency. /liliHandle supplier issues, disputes, and risk mitigation strategies. /li /ul h3Qualifications Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. /li li5+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in automotive OEM or consumer electronics, with demonstrated experience in marketing and/or after-sales procurement. /li liStrong negotiation and contract management skills. /li liSolid understanding of supply chain processes and vendor management. /li liExcellent analytical and financial acumen. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). /li liFluent in Italian and English both spoken and written. /li /ul h3About the Company /h3 pOMODA Motors /p pOMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company.
