Customer Quality Manager **Your role and responsibilities** You will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy of a leading Smart Power factory, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Each day, you will assist the organization and the customers on product and process continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and solutions to problems for our customers. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance. Work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite. In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: - Facilitating resolution of customer cases by following a robust root cause analysis and implementing preventive and corrective actions.
- Assisting in continuously identifying and addressing risks and opportunities related to quality management in the local organization. **Qualifications for the role**
- Masters degree in industrial engineering (i.e. electrical, power, mechanical engineering)
- You are comfortable working under pressure and with a deadline driven environment and highly motivated.
- You have around 1 year of relevant experience in industrial context.
- You are an independent user in microsoft office, skilled in general with IT tools. Statistical analysis software would be considered a plus.
