The Sales Coordinator ensures the successful execution of all client engagements through meticulous coordination, professional communication, and seamless departmental collaboration.Qualifications
Manage and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring timely and comprehensive communicationPrepare detailed proposals and contracts in accordance with company standards and client specificationsCoordinate all event logistics and operational details with internal departments, including catering, housekeeping, and operations, to ensure flawless executionMaintain detailed records of all bookings, contracts, and client communications for audit and reference purposesMonitor event timelines and deliverables to ensure all commitments are met from initial booking through post-event completionFacilitate communication between sales team, clients, and internal departments to resolve issues and maintain service excellenceEnsure consistent delivery of high-quality client service and satisfaction throughout all stages of event planning and executionPerform additional duties as assigned to support sales department objectives and organizational goals
