Key responsibilities
Ensure all our customers have clear Service Proposition demonstrating Operational Excellence, Tactical / Continuous Improvement, Risk Mitigation and future Strategic focus. Solicit regular feedback from customers on the quality of our service proposition and ensure we remain Provider of Choice. Ensure our teams proactively mitigate risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans. Ensure the organisational structures we operate with are fit for the needs of our customers and creating business growth (upsell, cross-sell and new). Ensure our service is market competitive from a quality, breadth and cost perspective. Ensure the pipeline of prospect customers we work with are Qualified, and right for delivering the business growth ambitions, driving proactively business development. Deliver training and development for colleagues (Product and Sales) to enable them to understand and promote our services and solutions. Manage the performance of the OMS P&L;, Budgets and Forecasts. Support the wider OMS network and strategy – Global, Regional and other countries. Ensure the marketing materials we use in the Country are fit for our marketplace / customers. Provide guidance to the business on future customer requirements, e.g. Analytics, Dashboards, Risk management, etc. Ensure all awarded business is effectively and seamlessly implemented in to the organisation. Ensure the relationship between OMS and the Stations is ‘perfect’ allowing all parties to deliver a great service to our customers in line with our SOP and Contract Agreements. Lead the OMS tool: Reporting, Reviews, Objectives, etc. The OMS Country Leader is also responsible for service excellence execution. Key stakeholders

Degree - Preferred Experience Level
10 years of OMS or Customer Supply Chain experience – essential.
