Marketing Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator will be part of the Consumer Engagement team and will assist in managing seasonal execution and communication between the company’s HQ and local markets, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment across all teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the alignment of marketing activations and retail events across different markets;
- Act as a bridge between HQ and local market teams, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups;
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and documentation in collaboration with internal departments (PR, Visual, Digital, Merchandising);
- Help consolidate local market needs and feedback to assist HQ teams in adapting project proposals;
- Assist in the preparation of project briefs, presentations, reports, and recap materials;
- Monitor the progress of key initiatives and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
Requirements & Skills:
- 2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or project support, ideally in the fashion or lifestyle industry;
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Italian (spoken and written);
- Passion for fashion, branding, and creative marketing;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Detail-oriented, with a proactive and collaborative attitude;
- Good command of Google services.
