Ph3Overview /h3 pbThe opportunity /b For our High Voltage Business Unit we are looking for an expert Project Manager who will lead medium‑to‑large and moderately complex projects, ensuring execution according to contractual, financial, quality, and safety requirements. This role requires advanced project management expertise, strong stakeholder leadership, cross‑functional coordination, and the ability to drive operational excellence across global and multicultural teams. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProject Leadership Execution: Lead end‑to‑end project execution, from initiation and planning through monitoring, control, and close‑out, in alignment with customer requirements. Establish project execution strategies, secure resources, and coordinate internal/external teams to achieve all milestones. Manage change control, risk, schedule, financial performance, and reporting, ensuring transparency and proactive mitigation. /li liStakeholder Client Management: Act as primary interface with customers, suppliers, partners, and internal functions. Capture stakeholder needs, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives. Lead reviews, clarifications, and decision‑making processes efficiently. /li liPlanning, Scheduling Coordination: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and work breakdown structures. Ensure compliance with internal standards, processes, and industry best practices. /li liFinancial Contractual Governance: Manage project budgets, forecasts, invoices, cash flow, and cost controls. Interpret and apply contractual terms; escalate issues with legal/commercial teams when needed. /li liRisk, Quality HSE Management: Lead the identification and mitigation of project risks and opportunities. Ensure project execution complies with quality standards and health, safety environment requirements. /li liProcess Excellence Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements, contribute to global PM practices, and support operational excellence initiatives. Coach junior PMs, share lessons learned, and contribute to PM community of practice. /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. /li liPMP®, IPMA, Prince2, or equivalent certification strongly preferred. /li liProven experience (5‑7 years) in project management of medium to large‑scale projects (technical, engineering, industrial, ICT, RD, or services). /li liStrong command of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and reporting. /li liFluency with PM tools (MS Project, Primavera, SAP/ERP systems, Power BI, etc.) /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management. /li liProficiency in both written and spoken English and Italian (mandatory). /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 pWe offer you the opportunity to work with fantastic people and develop yourself on projects that present great technical challenges and have a real impact.
