In this role, you will act as a vital connector between R&D, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain, ensuring fast, high‑quality product availability – especially for Early Adopter Programs – and a seamless transition to Start of Production.
Your Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end industrialization activities across all project phases (MS1–MS5), ensuring readiness for Start of Production
Define and manage the industrialization master plan, including process concepts, capacity, validation strategy, and risk mitigation
Collaborate closely with International R&D to embed manufacturability, testability, and scalability into product design
Drive modular manufacturing strategies and promote reuse of standardized processes, equipment, and tooling
Lead DFx (DfM, DfT, DfA, DfS) activities and translate design requirements into robust manufacturing processes
Define manufacturing concepts (layout, automation, flow) and manage CapEx projects including supplier selection and commissioning
Monitor and improve industrial performance KPIs (FPY, OEE, cycle time), driving continuous cost reduction and efficiency gains
Your Background
Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or similar)
At least 2 years of experience in industrialization, NPI, or production engineering
Proven experience working in cross‑functional and international environments
Strong knowledge of DFx methodologies and special processes (e.g., coating, potting, automation)
Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem‑solving methods (8D, DMAIC)
Experience managing projects through gated milestones up to SOP and ramp‑up
Excellent communication skills with fluent professional English and Italian
Additional Information
Experience with MES/ERP systems, digital manufacturing, or data collection architectures is a plus, as well as familiarity with CAD tools and automation technologies (robotics, vision systems, in‑line testing). xjrgpwk
