Role Overview
Nothing is more important for the success of Wolford than the people who want to contribute to it. To strengthen the HR team, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Controller. In this role, you will support the monitoring and analysis of personnel costs, contributing to optimization across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the preparation and monitoring of HR budgets and forecasts
* Analyze personnel costs, headcount, and workforce trends
* Assist in monthly closing activities related to HR expenses
* Collaborate with Finance team to ensure data accuracy
* Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
* Identify variances and provide insights to improve cost efficiency
* Maintain and update HR controlling tools and systems
1. Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
* 3-5 years of experience in controlling, HR analytics, or finance (internships included)
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Advanced Excel skills (knowledge of BI tools is a plus)
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
* Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong communication skills
