Travelling Hotel Asset: How you will live your ambitions: According to Company policies and procedures, the Hotel Asset Manager is responsible for monitoring the status and standards of all guest and crew areas (including maintenance status and set up of ship’s public nd crew areas), and for evaluate, verify, and monitor the implementation of new projects. An Hotel Asset Manager verifies feasibility planning and execution of new projects which also includes the refurbishment of existing areas and or creation of new venues interacting with relevant KP on board and the head of departments ensuring that Company standards are met while guaranteeing a smooth cooperation and communication between Hotel-Deck and Engine, checking that conflicts are limited and the synergies among the different departments are optimized. The role is also in charge of ensuring that all the ship’s public spaces are utilized according to standards, manuals, and guidelines both in terms of purpose of utilization and furniture’s and lighting set up.
