Job Purpose We seek a candidate to support sales and stock management. This person will act as a brand ambassador, conveying the brand’s philosophy and values, maximizing sales, fostering customer relationships, and guiding clients into our world. Additionally, the candidate will oversee stock management, ensuring KPIs, guidelines, and procedures are met, facilitating sales through impeccable stock maintenance, and minimizing losses. They will implement directives from the Store Operations Department and Store Manager. Responsibilities Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience. Develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools. Engage in cross-selling to meet sales targets and KPIs. Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors. Demonstrate product and brand knowledge. Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when needed. Maintain high standards on the shop floor and visual displays, complying with operational guidelines. Contribute to security measures to prevent theft. Ensure product safety and proper handling in the warehouse. Manage daily goods receipt, merchandise arrangement, and stock procedures. Perform stock counts and manage stock-takes. Track product flow using SAP system. Manage product flow during repairs. Handle stockroom activities related to markdowns. Coordinate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries according to deadlines. Knowledge and Skills Fluent spoken English required; additional languages are a plus. A high affinity for luxury products, responsibility, teamwork, organization, maturity, and assertiveness are essential. A Business / Retail Management degree or similar is advantageous. An interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design is desirable.
