Experteer Overview In this role you will drive the design and verification of electrical components and subsystems for propulsion programs. You will translate system requirements down to component level and produce documentation aligned with Avio Aero/GE Aerospace processes. You will guide internal and external teams through design, validation and certification across the product lifecycle. You will work cross-functionally with Sourcing, Quality and Manufacturing to ensure lifecycle management and on-time delivery. Retribuzione / Benefits Capture system requirements and cascade them to component and subsystem architectures
Develop and document electrical component and subsystem requirements and designs
Lead design, analysis, or evaluation of electrical components/subsystems per engineering principles and programs
Ensure design and hardware deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines across the lifecycle
Support validation test plans and data analysis to verify compliance with requirements
Contribute to supplier steering and performance monitoring for propulsion system integration
Support non-conformances assessments (MRB) and investigation activities
Assist development findings and test data processing for component performance
Responsabilità Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Aerospace Engineering
Robust knowledge of fundamental electrical design concepts with experience in Electrical System Engineering
Experience defining design intent, leading analyses, reviews, procurement and validation across the product lifecycle
Knowledge of Electrical Modelling and CAD tools and mounting interface stack-ups
Problem solving, risk analysis and mitigation planning
Fluent Italian and English
Work VISA required per local regulations
