They're now growing their Italian division further, and are now looking for a HSE Manager to have complete ownership of the division.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and oversee the direction of one or more projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications, tracking progress, and coordinating with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
Implement and manage Health & Safety systems to meet legal requirements and promote a strong internal safety culture.
Identify, deliver, and track training needs.
Coordinate and supervise on-site construction personnel.
Prepare site reports and manage relevant documentation.
Facilitate or personally conduct risk assessments, ensuring adequate control measures are in place.
Guide the Head Site Manager on local health and safety legislation.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HSE roles, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent in both Italian and English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of OSHAS ***** and ISO ***** standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel to various project sites.
