Reporting into: Head of Group Treasury Direct reports: 1 Contract type: Permanent Workplace type: Hybrid Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing: - Manage existing relationships with Digital Payments providers, stakeholders, networks, Fintech and other financial technology companies- Advise on Digital Payments strategic initiatives. Supervise the key strategic projects, aimed at evolving YNAP Digital Payments context- Manage and control the operational, commercial or regulatory outcomes in the Digital Payments areas- Monitor the Payments KPIs: provide timely analysis and insightful guidance on cost controlling, Authorization Rate, APMs reporting.- Track, analyse, influence and communicate key metrics to drive the customer experience and engagement activity through YNAP platforms.- Have a strong understanding of the evolving technology and digital landscape in the Payments Industry and deliver best practices- Liaise with the Business, Technology, Product, Operations, Customer Care and all cross-functional teams for new needs in the Digital Payments area- Partner with key stakeholders (i.e. Fraud team, Product, Tech) to manage risk and drive successful and consistent business performance- Design new frameworks, integrate new solutions and develop new models and opportunities to launch The type of person we are looking for: - Degree in Economics or Engineering - 5 years of experience in a similar position within a structured organization in the E-commerce or Retail business, Advisory or System Integration consultancy, Banking & Insurance field - Analytical abilities, precision, an attitude toward problem-solving - Outstanding Project Management capabilities - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Fluency both in Italian and English - People management experience or attitude to coaching and mentoring junior resources - _ Experience Level: Mid-Senior level Workplace Type: Hybrid
