For more information visit /ppbJob Description /b /ppOBS is seeking to fill a temporary freelance position as Broadcast Engineering Equipment Operator to work in the Broadcast Engineering (BEng) department. This position acts as the liaison between BEng and the Inventory Department. The main purpose of this position is to organise and keep track of the BEng equipment in the International Broadcasting Centre (IBC), which is our operational headquarters in the building of Fiera Milano, in Milan, and where this position is located. /ppbDuties Responsibilities /b /pulliCoordinate the delivery and dispatch of the Broadcast System Equipment in the IBC; /liliAct as a bridge between the Inventory Department and the Broadcast System Technical Administration department; /liliIssue equipment to engineers and installers; /liliKeep documentation and inventory records up to date; /liliMaintain the EDC (Equipment Dispatch Centre) in a neat and orderly fashion; /liliSupport and guide the student workforce; /liliHelp coordinate deliveries between EDC and warehouse; /liliContribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment; /liliPerform other duties and tasks as assigned; /li /ulpbSkills, Requirements Qualifications /b /pulliBachelor's degree in logistics or a related field; /liliPrevious experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, or broadcast operations preferred; /liliFluent written and verbal English; /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft office for inventory management (Excel, Word, Access); /liliGood knowledge of Smartsheet and Sharepoint.
