Job Role: Lead Hardware Design Engineer

Required:
Develop comprehensive electrical design packages, including detailed electrical and pneumatic schematics, panel layouts, bills of materials and material requisitions, based on Client standard specifications and the customers' requirements.
Verify that electrical design package is complete, accurate and safe by applying sound design practices and accepted standards, and that the I/O drawings meet program requirements prior to issue to shop floor.
Work with project managers, designers and electricians to solve problems during manufacturing of machinery in order to provide the customer with a complete, functional system.
Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Client Code of Business Conduct.
Have thorough knowledge of machine safety standards like IEC-EN***** etc. and be able to apply the same in the Design.
Will be responsible for all the client project documents like check list, Compliance and Traceability Matrix, Compliance Checklist, Overtemperature Calculation and Test Electrical Safety (TES) etc.
