In this highly dynamic and professionalizing context, PGMD Consulting is looking for a "Middle Business Process Consultant", with at least 3 years of seniority in the role, on the Milan office (Cologno Monzese), who will join a dynamic team, working for PA or Regional Health System entities both in Lombardy and in other regions of northern and central Italy. Main responsibilities: Manage strategic and management consulting projects, functional for the redefinition of organizational and process structures useful to adequately support the transition to digital health; Manage the activities of the various projects, with training objectives for the growth and training of junior resources involved in the project teams in which you participate. Technical skills required: Knowledge of healthcare setting or major hospital-type processes; Knowledge of Business Process Management and Redesign methods and tools; Knowledge of the main ICT Governance frameworks (COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL). Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical, scientific, engineering or economic disciplines.
