PGMD Consulting, a company of the multinational IT engineering group TXT e-Solutions, operates in the healthcare market by offering services and solutions to support the digital transformation of clinical, social, health and scientific research processes. PGMD Consulting provides its clients with strategic-directional consulting, business process analysis and redesign, and project management on complex digitisation and information system integration/implementation projects.

TXT effectively supports, through the companies of the group, customers in high-tech markets, in their mission, in core business-critical processes and throughout the lifecycle of their projects.
In this highly dynamic and professionalizing context, PGMD Consulting is looking for a "Middle Business Process Consultant", with at least 3 years of seniority in the role, on the Milan office (Cologno Monzese), who will join a dynamic team, working for PA or Regional Health System entities both in Lombardy and in other regions of northern and central Italy.
**Main responsibilities**:
Manage strategic and management consulting projects, functional for the redefinition of organizational and process structures useful to adequately support the transition to digital health;
Manage the activities of the various projects, with training objectives for the growth and training of junior resources involved in the project teams in which you participate.
**Technical skills required**:
Knowledge of healthcare setting or major hospital-type processes;
Knowledge of Business Process Management and Redesign methods and tools;
Knowledge of the main ICT Governance frameworks (COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL).
**Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical, scientific, engineering or economic disciplines.
