Human Resources Manager – Hotel Pitrizza, SardiniaHuman Resources Manager responsibilities will include overseeing all HR functions, managing a community of 10 core employees and 170 seasonal fixed‐term staff, and guiding the hotel through the upcoming re‐branding to Cheval Blanc.Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead the hotel takeover, establish future vision, build an HR expertise pole, and implement LVMH and Cheval Blanc HR processes and tools for the Maison.Operational HR: Manage social climate, personnel administration & time management, recruitment & employer brand, training & talent development, ambassador experience & internal communications, accommodation, budget & payroll, HR reporting & data management, and employment law compliance.Advisory: Support teams on all HR aspects, ensuring ethical operations and compliance with Italian legislation.Strategic role: Play a key part in steering the Maison's business and maintaining high confidentiality on day‐to‐day operations, budgets, and projects.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Hotel Management or HR Management.At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international group.Strong empathy, autonomy, attention to detail, and passion for the role.Fluency in Italian and English; professional French is a plus.Dual expertise in personnel administration/payroll and HR development.Experience in Italian labor law and hotel/restaurant/tourism agreements.Working knowledge of HR IT systems is ideal.
