Job Description for Electrical Engineer / Diploma in Electrotechnics
IMS Srl, a engineering consulting company, is seeking an Electrical Engineer or Diploma holder in Electrotechnics to join a team working on power electrical systems and industrial magnetization systems for a key partner company in the non-destructive testing (NDT) sector.
The candidate will work alongside the Design Manager and contribute to developing innovative solutions for the industrial sector, including R&D initiatives.
Requirements for the Electrotechnical Engineer:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or Technical Diploma in Electrotechnics
* At least 2 years of experience in:
o Power electrical systems, electrical panels, generators
o Design or installation of industrial plants
* Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
* Knowledge of electrical design software (e.g., EPLAN, SPAC, or equivalents)
* Basic knowledge of PLC programming is a plus
* English language skills
* Willingness to travel briefly
* Teamwork and collaboration skills with Technical Office and Production
Additional Plus:
* Previous experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), especially MT (magnetoscopy) and PT (liquid penetrants)
* Knowledge of other technical software (TIA Portal, SCADA, etc.)
* Knowledge of French and/or Spanish
