Description REPORTS TO Will report to the Dir. of Engineering with a dotted line to IT Manager, During the 1st season will maintained informed the Trascendent team with All activities and communication in regards the process implementation. JOB SUMMARY The Transcendent Implementation & IT support specialist, is responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting the Transcendent Asset Management System. The role ensures that all hotel assets, preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, inspections, and compliance tasks are fully optimized within the system. This position works closely with Engineering, Housekeeping, Safety, and IT teams to ensure operational efficiency, brand compliance, and guest experience improvements. In Systems the associate ensures high availability, security, and performance across servers, networks, applications, and end-user systems. The employee provides technical expertise, supports IT projects, and resolves escalated technical issues, in absence of the IT Manager. CORE WORK ENGINEERING ACTIVITIES Configure the Transcendent system specifically for hotel operations, including: Guestroom PM programs Public area and back-of-house assets Safety equipment (fire panels, extinguishers, alarms) Pools, kitchen equipment, HVAC, elevators, and utilities. Set up hotel workflows for work orders, PMs, inspections, and compliance tasks. Customize dashboards for Engineering, Housekeeping, and Operations. Ensure proper user roles for hotel staff, supervisors, and technicians. Collect, validate, and import asset data including room numbers, equipment lists, vendor info, warranties, and serial numbers. Ensure inspections meet local code requirements (fire safety, pool logs, HVAC, elevators). Train Engineering teams, Housekeeping, Supervisors, Front Office, and others users on: Creating and closing work orders Using mobile devices for inspections Entering logs, readings, and PM completions Understanding dashboards and compliance reports Provide post-go-live support and ongoing user assistance. Support integration with procurement or inventory systems (spare parts, stock levels). Align workflows with brand audit requirements and safety standards. Create and maintain reports for: PM completion rates Guestroom preventive maintenance (RPM/GRPM) Life-safety inspections Work order history for audits Ensure the hotel meets corporate and local regulatory requirements via the system. CORE WORK IT ACTIVITIES Provide support for escalated issues related to hardware, software, and networks. Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and applications. Manage system updates, patching cycles, and security compliance tasks. Support onboarding/offboarding of users, including accounts, devices, and permissions. Document processes, configurations, and technical solutions. Participate in planning and execution of IT projects.
