This role is key in providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, drive sales performance management, and act as a co-pilot for specific business areas.The successful candidate will work closely as part of a cross-functional team to drive long term value creation (Sales & Marketing, R& D, Operations) with global exposure. This role is ideal for a finance professional with up to 5 years of experience, eager to learn and develop within a fast-paced and commercially driven environment over the next three years.Responsibilities1) Decision SupportPerform monthly sales closing and reporting.Provide financial analysis and insights to support the business in making data-driven decisions.2) Sales ControllingPartner with the sales team to track and analyse revenue performance and sales trends monthlyHalf yearly key customer profitability analysis across both Branded and OEM business unitsSupport forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to ensure accuracy in financial planning (Quarterly Business Reviews).Implement and enhance sales reporting tools to improve transparency and decision-making.3) Business Co-PilotAct as a strategic partner to the commercial team by reviewing and recommending deal strategies for new business opportunities across our Branded and OEM business units.Finance lead for our Branded South East Europe Region (comprising Italy, Malta, Greece and Central Europe), working closely with the Commercial organisation to grow salesCommercial evaluation of new product development / geographical expansion.Provide financial support in contract negotiations and business case development.Proactively identify risks and opportunities to drive business performance and sustainable growthMonitor & control the Sales & Marketing budget (Actuals vs Budget vs Latest Estimate)QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, commercial finance, or a similar role.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.Proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.Strong business acumen with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.What we offerA dynamic and collaborative work environment where you will be a key player in driving business success / long term value creation.Exposure to senior stakeholders and the ability to make a tangible impact on business decisions.Lavoro da remoto in an international set-up.If you are passionate about developing your career in a commercial finance role, we encourage you to apply!Please provide your CV in English.
