ROLE PURPOSE STATEMENT The Master Data Specialist is responsible for the creation and maintenance of Master Data that are fundamental to business processes that touch and influence the customer experience. Relevant systems and processes include, but are not limited to, SAP system. This position will work closely with both Business Process Key Users and everyday users of these systems to execute data creation and maintenance processes to meet the expected service and quality levels. MAIN TASKS: - Manage master data definition, registration and integrity in the systems within the assigned area of responsibility, respecting Corporate Data Quality guidelines, in order to ensure data completeness, reliability and quality in all Company database and tools; - Input into the relevant database (PLM/ERP systems) all technical data to be used along the product development, operations, supply chain, finance and digital processes; - Monitor data throughout its workflow journey (SAP & Pega systems) and identify area of improvement to address quality issue by adopting appropriate action plan; - Support the data owners in collecting and structuring technical master data respecting data classifications and codification rules, according to Data Quality guidelines; - Perform periodic check on master data in order to ensure quality, completeness and reliability of all information registered in the systems; - Participate in IT projects to develop/implement other systems and tools in order to boost Master Data management evolution SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE - Excellent knowledge of MS Office (specifically MS Excel & macro) - Ability to create and manage ERP master data; PROFILE - Master’s Degree - Fluent English and Italian; - 1-2 years of SAP ERP Master Data creation with a focus on Material/Item Masters; - 2 years’ experience in a similar role - Experience working within PLM & Pega is a plus - Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members, external data providers and management - Analysis and Problem Solving skills - Proactivity and goal-orientation - Teamworking - Synthesis capabilities Richemont Revealtheexceptional - CONNECT WITH USQuick links: - Our History - Home Page
