Job Description
Key Accountabilities
* Data entry in a specific ERP tool (SAP)
* Managing orders in opex and capex
* Verify costs to monitor the expenses budget assigned
* Manage external suppliers’ contracts / orders
* Cooperate with other internal department (e.g. Account Payable dept.)
* Support the team in administrative tasks
* Provide support in creating presentations as needed
Key Requirements
* High school diploma / Degree in Economics, Accounting or Business Administration
* Preferential previous experience in the role and in similar contexts
* Experienced in ERP tools
* Knowledge in spoken and written English
* Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
* Good team player
* Strong attention to details & analytical ability
