Support SOX audits and work with internal and external auditors to provide documentation and explanations as needed. /lilistrongJournal Entries: /strongPost daily, weekly, and monthly journal entries accurately and timely. Review and ensure proper account classification and compliance with accounting policies. /lilistrongAccount Reconciliations: /strongPerform regular reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Follow up on outstanding items and ensure resolutions are in line with company procedures. /lilistrongReporting: /strongAssist in the preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis, to support senior management in decision-making. /lilistrongAd-Hoc Financial Tasks: /strongHandle a variety of other financial tasks as needed, including system updates, process improvements, and financial analysis for special projects. /lilistrongAd-Hoc Administration Tasks: /strongHelp other teams as required. Experience in financial reporting and working in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable. /lilistrongKnowledge: /strong Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, internal controls, and compliance requirements. /lilistrongTechnical Skills: /strongProficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (advanced skills preferred).
