In this role, you'll learn the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting the placement of engineering professionals with our client portfolio across Italy. If you're ambitious, people‑oriented, and excited by the idea of connecting talented engineers with exciting projects, this is the perfect role to grow from. /p pbLocation: /b Milan, Italy (Full‑time, in‑office) /p pbContract Type: /b Permanent Employment /p pbWhat You'll Do /b /p ul liSupport end‑to‑end recruitment processes for engineering roles across disciplines, including mechanical, civil, industrial, and electrical engineering. /li liSource and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, referrals, and other networks. /li liScreen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical fit and motivation. /li liBuild and maintain a pipeline of engineering professionals available for outsourcing and staff augmentation projects. /li liWork closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client needs, project timelines, and technical requirements. /li liEnsure every candidate receives a professional and positive experience throughout the process. /li liKeep our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) up to date with accurate candidate and process information. /li liDevelop an understanding of the Italian engineering talent market and outsourcing landscape. /li /ul pbWhat We're Looking For /b /p ul li0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a talent‑related role.
