For the 2026 season, Castello di Casole, a Belmond property in the heart of Tuscany, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager Assistant. In this role, you will support the Housekeeping Manager to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and service excellence throughout the property. You will play a vital part in creating a guest experience that reflects the warmth and authenticity of Tuscan hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Housekeeping Manager in supervising daily cleaning operations across rooms, suites, and public areas. Ensure all rooms and suites meet Belmond’s quality and presentation standards. Support the management of laundry services, linen inventories, and stock control. Coordinate, motivate, and inspire the housekeeping team to achieve performance goals and maintain high service standards. Monitor maintenance needs and communicate promptly with relevant departments. Maintain guest privacy, handle personal belongings with care, and anticipate guest needs. Contribute to the continuous improvement of housekeeping processes and standards. Requirements Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak periods.
