Scope
The role involves the development of applications related to credit card payments and alternative digital payment methods on Ingenico payment terminals. The developer will report to the Android Team Manager, within the R&D structure.
The role is hybrid with a flexible policy allowing you to work from home 50% of the time.
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
* Analyze user stories and use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
* Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
* Design and develop on Ingenico Android terminals
* Collaborate with quality team for troubleshooting
* Apply development principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle
* Provide support and documentation
Profile
You have a Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering and at least 5 years of experience as an Android developer, delivering Android projects in complex environments with multiple stakeholders. You have a good level of English proficiency.
Meaningful Skills
* Good knowledge of Android native development (Kotlin)
* Proficiency with software delivery tools such as Git, Jira, Jenkins
* Ability to work with product/project managers and stakeholders
* Autonomous in developing complex solutions
* Agility and flexibility
Skills We'd Like
* Knowledge of payment industry and EMV technology
* Experience as a developer on server solutions (Java, .NET)
* Knowledge of Python
* Experience with RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server)
* Graphical skills
