GRS Recruitment are working with a well-established Service provider in Nicosia who are searching to recruit an Audit Manager to join the team in Nicosia. For this role we are looking for a professional individual with at least 5 years of relevant experience. 1. Manage a portfolio of international/local clients
2. Provide high quality client service, within predetermined budgets and timeframes
3. Monitoring engagements, budgets and planning of work and reporting to the Group Director and/or directly to the Partner
4. Review the audit team’s work to ensure planning, execution and completion of audits are in accordance with ISAs and in line with HLB’s audit methodology
5. Communication with clients either via emails/phone/teams or in person
6. Reporting to Audit Director and/or directly to the Partner regarding status, progress, and completion of audits
7. Supervision, coaching and provision of support to junior team members
8. Review/preparation of financial statements under IFRSs
9. Review/preparation of client’s tax returns and tax computations
10. Responsibility for the timely billing and collection of fees from clients
11. Prepare audit/advisory proposals
CANDIDATE PROFILE
12. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
13. Qualified (ACA and ACCA)
14. At least 5 years of related experience in the audit department of an accounting firm
15. Excellent knowledge of Caseware and e-audit methodologies
16. Hardworking and enthusiastic professional with career aspirations and interest in further development within our Firm
