Responsibilities
* Analyzing tender notices, drafting documentation, and preparing economic and technical‑administrative bids for public procurement contracts related to the supply of medical devices and equipment.
* Managing and archiving sales and rental documentation.
* Processing orders and managing deliveries.
* Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
* Invoicing and monitoring deadlines.
* Handling customer relations and providing assistance via email and phone.
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure an efficient workflow.
* Monitoring order status and inventory levels.
* Utilizing the Arca management software for data entry and management.
Requirements
* Diploma or degree in administration, commerce, or related fields.
* Experience in managing public procurement contracts, preferably in the field of medical device supplies for the public sector.
* Knowledge of current legislation on public procurement.
* Preferable familiarity with the Arca management software.
* Previous experience in back office or administrative roles, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good command of the English language.
* Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office).
* Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and in a team.
