Job Overview:
We are looking for a Designer Intern to join our team and support both Sales and Marketing functions. In this role, you will work on a wide range of visual assets, from sales enablement materials to social media content and product-related visuals. You will have the opportunity to contribute to real projects with tangible impact on our agents, customers and brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Materials:
o
o Create and update sales materials that support real estate agents throughout the customer journey: prospecting, property visits, and closing.
o Design and maintain templates for presentations, brochures and other commercial assets.

Social Media Content:
o
o Support the Marketing Specialists in the creation of content for Organic social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
o Support the Growth Specialist in the creation of content for Paid Campaigns.
o Develop both static and dynamic content, bringing creativity and innovation while ensuring visual consistency with Casavo’s brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
o Collaborate on the creation of product-related content, including product demo, feature walkthrough and product launches to be used both internally and externally.
Qualifications & Skills:

* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or similar.
* Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion tools are a plus.
* Ability to leverage AI tools for creative production, such as: image creation and editing, renders and visual concepts.
* Basic understanding of digital design, social media formats and performance-driven creative.
* Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong visual sensibility.
* Curiosity, proactivity and willingness to learn.
* Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
* Fluent in English
