Essential Responsibilities - Production activities in compliance with company procedures - Carry out functional tests of systems or cards with the presence of Inspectors, if required by customer - Provide troubleshooting, repair, testing and reporting - Issue of technical documents (i.e. reports, repair sheets, specifications, test procedures, part list) relevant to the systems under test or repair - Review malfunctioning and identify any undesirable trends - Highlight components under obsolescence or obsolete and propose possible solutions - Support to periodic review of Risks and Opportunities Analysis relevant to the products of competence - Prepare reports or presentations showing the achieved results starting from the technical data collected - Share engineering information and promote open dialogue - Customer interfacing (private and/or governmental) Qualifications/Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or college or high school diploma with related experience - Knowledge of electrical and assembly scheme drawings - Knowledge of use of main measurement instruments (scope, digital meter, signals generator, accelerometer and temperature sensors) and electronic equipment (power supply, calibrator, PC, monitor) - Basic knowledge of set-up, maintenance and validation of test benches - Basic knowledge and use of a thermal chamber - Basic use of tin soldering - Good analysis skills - Strong attention to details - Capability to carry out concurrent and varied tasks - Strong oral and written communication skills - Ability to interface at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally - Availability for interventions at customer site - Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - English language knowledge, both written and oral - Work VISA, according to local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics - Basic knowledge of Acces - Basic experience of electronic repair using microscope - Orientation to Customer - Good English language knowledge, both written and oral What we offer Smart working and work life-balance Avio Aero, when possible, promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
