Job Summary : The IT Project/Program Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, and vendor-driven projects. The role oversees planning, execution, reporting, stakeholder alignment, and RFP support to ensure projects meet scope, timelines, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end IT project delivery across teams and vendors.
Build and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and RAID logs.
Control scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
Deliver clear executive updates and maintain governance documentation.
Support RFP tasks: requirements, evaluations, and recommendations.
Facilitate meetings, communication, and cross-team coordination.
Work onsite with County stakeholders as required.
Required Skills :
2–7+ years managing IT infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, or vendor implementation projects.
Strong planning, scheduling, RAID, and reporting skills.
Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation abilities.
Preferred skills :
RFP development and procurement coordination experience.
Public sector or government project exposure.
Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent.
