We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Private Activities and Solvent Patients Management Office at Ospedale Isola Tiberina - Gemelli Isola. The selected candidate will handle administrative activities related to patient reception and registration, from admission to discharge, respecting privacy and following current procedures, regulations, and agreements. Main activities include: Welcoming patients and registering/updating their personal data in the available software applications. Providing precise and detailed information to users regarding their activities. Managing procedures for patients assisted by insurance or health funds, from acceptance and scheduling to verification and billing. Handling accounting documents and related payments. Verifying necessary administrative documentation for billing. Checking insurance coverage. Supporting the management of the respective unit according to the Supervisor's instructions. Having 2-5 years of experience in the healthcare/private activity office sector or in reception services. Knowledge of billing principles and insurance funds. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Good command of English (at least B2), with the ability to communicate and explain details to foreign patients. Deep knowledge of insurance portals. Analytical and digital skills. Additional qualities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Management and analytical abilities.
