Your primary goal will be to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development. Your key responsibilities will include:brulliDemonstrating in-depth knowledge of all activities in the logistics cycle, including procurement, transportation, distribution processes, PSI (Product Sales Inventory), and the application of European/local/national regulations. /liliUtilizing forecasting and demand planning skills to effectively manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products. /liliManaging critical logistic issues arising from external and unpredictable factors, while providing forecasts for import materials from factories. /liliLeading and coordinating the activities of a logistics team, providing support and training as needed. /liliAnalyzing data and metrics to evaluate logistics performance and implement continuous improvements. /liliEnsuring compliance with laws, regulations, and requirements related to logistics, including Customs Law for import and export. /liliNegotiating rates with logistic suppliers and carriers to optimize costs while maintaining service quality. /liliResolving problems and complaints effectively, monitoring service quality to ensure customer satisfaction. /liliAnalyzing warehouse inventory and implementing cost optimization solutions. /liliDemonstrating proficiency in technologies and information systems used in logistics, including Excel and SAP. /liliDeveloping strategies to optimize logistics and warehouse processes and setting a mix of KPIs to ensure excellent service levels, cost budget adherence, and customer satisfaction. /liliBringing extensive experience in logistic and transportation management within the EU, including logistic cost controlling and knowledge of work safety regulations.br/li /ulstrongWhat You Need To Succeedbr/strongulliBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. /liliMinimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, with a focus on inbound and outbound supply chain operations. /liliProven ability to effectively manage a logistics team and coordinate activities. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliExcellent knowledge of European/local/national regulations and Customs Law. /liliDemonstrated experience in negotiating rates with logistic suppliers and carriers. /liliAbility to develop and implement strategies for optimizing logistics and warehouse processes. /liliFluent in English, both written and verbal. /liliProficiency in Excel and SAPbr/li /ulHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
