Main responsibilities - manage on board delivery projects among the end-to-end feasibility and execution’s phases, using project management techniques and tools. - monitor timing and cost of the IT project activities, assuring that results are aligned to the objectives defined by the Business Key Users. - organize and participate at key user meetings, in order to share the progress of the project’s activities, collect new business requests and translate them in functional requirements, prioritize and schedule efficiently evolution and maintenance releases. - optimize the business value delivered by projects and solutions, promoting synergies among IT strategy and business - share project learning and knowledge - facilitate team collaboration - produce high level project reports for stakeholders and executive committee. Key requirements - Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) in STEM areas/ Information Technology - Strong experience (at least 5 years) in global companies’ technology programs implementation - Track-record as Project Manager and applied knowledge of the different methodologies - Business analysis competences - Effectiveness in engaging resources spread across the organization fuctions. - Knowledge of cruise processes and Property Management Systems is a plus. - Fluent English is essential (B2 level), any other foreign language would be a plus - Promoting openness and transparency, welcoming feedback and others’ ideas - Open to diversity and cultural differences - Real team player able to encourage and help others in giving their best - Strongly committed to enhance sustainability Li-Hybrid About the Team: This department fuel the growth of the Costa Group by providing leading edge industry IT solutions and services to the whole Company; IT&C in Costa stretches far beyond the traditional aspects of “hardware and software” being this team a key business enabler that advances technology tools, strategic development, collaboration, and decision making.
